Top Head Drive Maintenance Packages
Our engineers have identified components prone to stress and wearing that should be replaced at regular intervals. Replacing these components is the best way to prevent larger issues that can become expensive and time consuming. The Schramm Powered by Epiroc team has assembled several refurbishment and maintenance kits for the T450, T455, and T685. We will require your rig’s serial number to ensure that no components are overlooked for your unique rig.
Filter Replacement Kits
The filter kits include all of the various filters at the correct quantities to provide 1000 hours of drilling. For example, the T685 kit includes 12 PN 5000-9607 filters, because they are a group of three filters that should be changed every 250 hours. Ordering a complete filter kit ensures you have the necessary replacements on hand to keep your rig running efficiently and prevent downtime.
